Eric Nelson, AIA NCARB >>
Eric has over 30 years of experience in the field of Architecture, and has been a Principal at RIM for over 22 years. Eric became the managing partner for RIM Architects (Guam) in 1987, developing the firm into one of the leading architectural firm in Guam. In 1996, Mr. Nelson started the Hawaii office which has now grown to be the 6th largest firm in Hawaii. After providing the platform to start the San Francisco office, Eric has recently returned to Hawai‘i to become the Managing Principal.

Dave has over 23 years of experience in all branches of architecture, from private sector to military, local and international. His extensive knowledge of all aspects of architectural design on a variety of project types has contributed to the firm’s success on local, US mainland, and international projects. Dave’s astute business sense, excellent management and communication skills combined with his creativity has kept RIM Architects at the forefront of our industry in the Pacific Region.
