Concept Design for Waikiki Highrise Condominium
Honolulu, Hawai'i
Multiple concept schemes were designed for this 170 unit condominium tower proposed for Waikiki. Designs include a full complement of 2-bedroom units averaging 1,206 SF per unit. Each unit includes exterior lanais, central air-conditioning, elegant detailing and finishes and have been designed with floor to ceiling glass curtain-walls to take advantage of the breath-taking ocean, mountain and sunset views.
The amenities proposed include an elegant lobby, theater, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun deck, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, walking paths, indoor and outdoor party areas, a putting green, koi pond and the latest in high tech security.
The site plan includes lush, tropical gardens accented with cascading waterfalls that provide visual pleasure as well as a peaceful refuge. The tranquil environment also provides amenities including jogging paths, swimming pools, barbeque areas and recreation facilities.
